My library now accommodates some nine thousand books that I’ve read through the years. I’m eager to share with you my thoughts about the most recent book I read. Reading has been a passion in my life and when I’m home I often read four books in one evening. So you know, the book I’m about to review I have read twice in the past two days. It is Bill O’Reilly’s and Martin Dugard’s new release, Killing Reagan. It is an in-depth revelation regarding dramatic scenes in the life of one of our greatest presidents, Ronald Reagan. I’ve read over a thousand biographies… Killing Reagan is one of the most riveting books I’ve ever read in my life. I couldn’t put it down and it is not often that I will read a book through a second time, especially in just a couple of days. The brilliance of O’Reilly’s writing is that he speaks of a figure known to millions and yet reveals and gives insight into the personality and background of this international figure… a person who was never clearly known by us, the public. Many of you will share with me the same proclivity that I found myself experiencing in reading the book… and that is… what actor or actress will be playing these key roles in what will unquestionably be a popular motion picture. I predict that when you read Killing Reagan, you will find it very difficult to pause and set the book aside for other activities. It’s truly an exciting read.
